As a Career Coach, I will help you to get unstuck and be well prepared for your career transition and to land career opportunities. I utilize a multi-dimensional approach tailored to your challenges and needs and I do not believe you may fit into a canned method. My approach is based on 15+ years experience, coaching and mentoring individuals in a collaborative way. My active listening skills allow me to understand the career you want and I will create a career roadmap with you. What does it mean? We will create a personalized career plan that will map out and refine your career trajectory to the point that you will own your career.
With Career Coaching you will: increase awareness of the career you value, create goals and an action plan that will guide you through the process of job searching or career transition, be confident about your personal branding, improve your communication, and perceive that the career you want is not just a dream, but something highly achievable when strategically planned.
